Undertone is looking for a Human Resources professional to manage all aspects of Undertone?s compensation and benefits programs. The responsibilities of this role include research, design, implementation, and administration across the spectrum of compensation and health and welfare programs in a manner that supports Undertone?s employee-focused culture.
Specifically, the Manager, Total Rewards will, along with an HR analyst:
Conduct research, recommend, design, and implement health and welfare strategies and plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, life, disability, and EAP ensuring high quality, cost effective delivery of programs.
Manage Leave of Absence (FMLA, STD, LTD) programs including management of 3rd party vendors as well as internal partnerships with payroll, HRBPs, and line management.
Stays abreast of regulatory requirements at all levels (federal, state, local ? including Affordable Care Act), ensuring strict adherence with all tax, privacy, reporting, and other legal requirements.
Maintains job descriptions and process for titling, job evaluation, and leveling for all roles in the organization.
Oversee and manage benefits administration including enrollment (including annual renewal and enrollment process), terminations, changes, reconciliation, budgeting, employee communication and reporting.
Utilizing external benchmarking, business dynamics, and well-grounded compensation principles, design, manage, and maintain a competitive compensation philosophy and structure appropriate for the Undertone business including pay mix and market strategy.
Influence the design of merit, bonus, and other incentive pay plans. Administers plans including development and maintenance of plan documents as well as process administration in conjunction with internal teams (finance, HR, payroll, line managers). Partner with Sales / Business Operations to manage and influence sales incentive plans.
Assist with the development and administration of HRIS systems to ensure the integrity and analytical capability of HR databases to support both administration and decision making throughout the business.
Provides expert coaching, advice, and leadership to business partners and management in matters of benefits and compensation, including recommendations on individual salary issues.
Partner with global HR and staff to support programs outside of the US.
Actively select and manage vendors in relevant areas to ensure most effective service that meets the needs of Undertone cost effectively.
A minimum of 8 years HR experience, with at least three years each in a compensation / benefits capacity.
Bachelor?s degree, Master?s preferred. Professional certification highly desirable (CBP, CCP).
Ability to manipulate, analyze, and communicate data, including advanced excel and graphing skills.
High degree of professional maturity, business acumen and judgment, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Prior knowledge of laws and regulations for compensation and benefits programs.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a rapidly evolving environment with multiple projects and priorities.
Highly collaborative and customer service oriented approach is required.
Must be collaborative in approach.
