Job Description
The HR leader in this role is responsible for managing all aspects of the philosophy, design and implementation of A10?s global compensation and incentive program. This individual will also play a critical role in researching, selecting and implementing a HCM System to support Global HR data, analysis and reporting improvements.
This role will report to the Senior Director Human Resources

Demonstrated global compensation background in the following areas: base salary, variable pay and performance management, equity programs, job evaluation, data analysis, research and cost modeling.
Ability to meet independently with senior leaders and present to them with confidence, impact and influence.
Proven track record in managing one or more compensation systems, including requirements definition, implementation, vendor management and system enhancements.
A self-reliant achiever with ability to work independently and set and adjust priorities.
Very strong project management and consultative skills required in order to be able to lead Reward projects with worldwide scope.
Team player who can easily handle shifting priorities and multi-tasking in a deadline oriented environment.
Excellent analytical, technical, problem solving, written and oral communication skills.
Detail oriented, well organized with strong time management skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Recommend and participate in relevant surveys to ensure compensation and rewards programs remain competitive; analyze effectiveness of current programs and provide recommendations for going enhancements.
Manage and administer compensation activities including, but not limited to, benchmarking, new hire and promotional offer generation, corporate and sales incentive plan documentation and administration, sales contest support.
Ensure accurate job descriptions are available for all positions and are uploaded and approved
Manage company recognition programs
Design, coordinate and implement annual and on-going employee communications and programs to ensure employees continually understand and value their total rewards package.
Serve as local US contact for all equity related activities including RSU vesting training and administration.
Design and develop quarterly HR metrics reports for HR management team and Executive Leadership Team.
Provide consultative advice to HR Partners, recruiters, line managers and employees as needed on all pay related issues & provide analytical support as needed.
Responsible for employee master data management across relevant systems
Management of process documentation for HR operations
Investigate, recommend a WW HRIS system and solicit RFP from vendors
Project Lead implementation of new HRIS
Assist in other projects as needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job may have supervisory responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s degree or HR certification required
Minimum 7-9 years related HR experience with an emphasis in compensation and process design
Pre IPO, scaling the systems, processes to match accelerated growth
Board of Director preparation and presentation
CCP and/or W@W certification or course completion desired
Ideal candidate will have?
Excellent critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills
Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel
Experienced in HR databases
Ability to handle highly sensitive, proprietary and confidential information appropriately
Experience managing others preferred
Relevant knowledge of USA practices and principles, labor and pay laws and regulations
