Job Qualifications (basic job description):
This position will be responsible for the design, development, administration, delivery and evaluation of management and employee development and training programs. this incumbent will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and implement effective training solutions in a variety of formats, including instructor-led, guided self-study and on-line e-learning. Analyzes and determines training needs of the company and formulates and develops and constructs training manuals and training aids or may supervise their development by outside suppliers. Working closely with the cognizant HR Managerment, plans, conducts and coordinates career development, couseling and training, and coordinate participation in training programs by company employees.
Specific Responsibilities:
Identify and advise internal and external presenters.
Will be responsible for stand up formal training. Function to include required training, career development and succession planning.
Evaluate the effectiveness of both individual and overall training programs.
Establish close relationships and partner with the leadership team to provide organizational training and development solutions.
Manage a training budget with a focus on efficiency while allowing for the development of effective training programs.
Identifying, designing, and implementing training programs and supporting the learning and devleopment function.
Applying the principles and methods for curriculum and training design (A.D.D.I.E., Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate), teaching and instruction for adult individuals and groups; and
Provide subject-matter expertise in support of program and curriculum development.
Identify training requirement & appropriate method of delivery.
Evaluate the quality of delivery for peers, adjunct and executive facilitators, and external vendors.
Support delivery operations as needed.
Able to travel up to 40% of the time domestically.
Minimum Requirements (education and experience):
Requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Adult Learning or related field; a Masters degree in Adult Learning or Organizational Development of MBA with a focus on Organizational Development preferred.
Minimum of 8 years progressively responsible human resources management experience.
Proven success as a leader of people and of a training organization, as well as knowledge of current and emerging training tools.
Demonstrated superior verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills as well as presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong attention to detail, creative and analytical is a must.
