The main focus of this role will be on mobile acquisition and retention, though you?ll also get the chance to work on projects that include a broader look at the general GSN customer base.
Acquisition Responsibilities (Mobile):
Use monthly budget to acquire new mobile users with high lifetime value
Manage advertising partners ? select which networks to work with, get into product queue, launch test budget and monitor results on a daily basis
Report weekly advertising results to stakeholders
Pull daily results for downloads and purchases and report this to stakeholders
Work with PR and Design team to create pitches and creatives for mobile products
Develop new copy with copywriter for marketing communications in app stores and in ads
Retention Responsibilities (Mobile):
Develop monthly promotion calendar in line with web and build promotions in web tool
Consider pricing adjustments (including sales) with the product team
Interact with customers through push notifications
Review competitors for their differentiators and for best practices then relay to the mobile product team by submitting a request
Understand the available data (Flurry, App Stores, and Internal Database Reports) and convert into changes to the product
Other Responsibilities:
Monitor reviews from customers and convert into actionable changes to the app
Work with web retention team to improve the app retention based on skill based experience
Support customer service
Learn from constant industry shifts by keeping up with industry reports, articles, and webinars
Build mobile app strategy
Manage marketing interns
Invite new speakers to the Innovator?s Coffee/Lunch sessions
