The Managing Client Partner is the primary executive for a client account. The Managing Client Partner is responsible for helping the client to gain the most value out of their investments with Caradigm while managing client satisfaction and developing/executing plans to exceed client expectations. The Managing Client Partner must build strong relationships with client contacts including executives, departmental, and organizational personnel. The Managing Client Partner will map a shared vision between Caradigm and their client organizations as their trusted strategic advisor. The role is responsible for creating a positive client experience based on strategic relationships that focuses on solution benefits and maximizing client ROI. The Managing Client Partner is responsible for the overall account P/L and identifying software and service sales opportunities within the client organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Providing solution and industry expertise to guide client through new technology solutions
? Building deep understanding of the client environment, including key influencers, decision makers, business challenges, clinical and IT goals
? Participation in client team and planning meetings
? Driving resolution of all client issues
? Closely monitor service delivery quality and client feedback in partnership with implementation and support teams
? Becoming entrenched in clients? short and long-term planning goals
? Driving client satisfaction outcomes and reference-ability for all Caradigm solutions
? Maximizing client ROI and achieving revenue targets by identifying software and service/sales opportunities within the client organization
? Mapping a shared vision between Caradigm and client organizations as their trusted strategic advisor
? Own client P&L for all assigned accounts
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, sciences or information systems
? Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience with demonstrated success in services leadership, business management, consulting and business development
? Extensive Healthcare and healthcare IT industry knowledge
? Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities
? Ability to travel up to 60%
? Proven success in driving bookings, revenue and profit for services business in healthcare
? Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
? Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
? Demonstrated outstanding written and presentation skills
? Strong record of driving vision and business results by developing and cultivating C-level relationships
? Strong business and relationship building skills
? Strong organizational and analytical skills
? Strong collaboration, team building, and personnel development skills
? Prior consulting, project management, and/or installed client relationship experience
? Proven experience in building and managing senior-level relationships with large, complex provider enterprise clients
? Prefer successful sales track record
? Prefer prior experience managing small teams
? MBA preferred
