Managing Director, Asia Pacific - India Qualys
Execution of sales strategy in assigned territory to meet or exceed assigned revenue quota. This will involve establishing relationships with key decision-makers and managing the Field Sales force to ensure the sales process is driven through to completion. The role includes responsibility for the regional marketing function and will require travel throughout the assigned territory. Weekly reporting of the status of assigned territory, markets and/or accounts will be required.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
-Manage and support Sales Team in the assigned Territory, including Telesales
-Organize marketing strategy in the Territory
-Define and manage relations with strategic Value Added Resellers, Service Providers, Influencers and Vendors when not covered by BDM
-Define and manage relations with strategic accounts in the Territory
-Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
-Responsible for attending conferences, seminars etc
-Manager needs to travel abroad to develop business and Qualys footprint and the Territory
-Local support for HR and Administrative tasks when requested
Qualifications
Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with good knowledge of IT security business in the Territory. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally. Must be able to understand channel business models and make Qualys integrated part of it through creative and adaptive approaches.
-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
-Minimum 7 years relevant experience
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Able to travel throughout sales territory
