What you?ll be doing:
Conveying product benefits and assisting customers in creating complete Manta profiles on the website.
Call behind subscription purchases within specified assigned timeframe to thank the customer and assist them in completing their Manta profile
Relate to customers in an engaging manner to promote Manta?s products and services
Fully understand Manta?s product offerings and be able to consult customers on how to use these services
Manage time effectively to hit specified call objectives
Meet established performance goals while maintaining quality standards
Retain customers who may be considering cancelling their premium subscription
Must be available to work 9 a.m. ? 6 p.m.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enjoys working in a goal-oriented environment
Stable work history and work reliability
Proficient keyboarding skills
Proficient in using a PC, Microsoft Outlook and Office
Bachelor?s degree preferred
