Manufacturer Sales Prospector Construction Software Technologies
Position Description
The Sales Prospector makes outbound phone calls to targeted prospects, generates interest in the
iSqFt for Manufactures platform, and sets up initial calls for the Senior Analyst.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Deliver a value proposition and document calls and results.
? Set qualified appointments for the Senior Analyst and enter in Salesforce.com
? Cold call provided lists, targeted accounts, follow up to outbound campaigns and responses to
campaigns.
? Work effectively within an assigned team.
? Make a minimum of 50 outbound phone calls per day.
Essential Experience, Knowledge, & Skills:
? Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills.
? 2 years cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience.
? An understanding of how businesses are organized and operated
? Salesforce.com experience a plus, Microsoft 2007/2010
Experience and Educational Requirements:
? College degree in business preferred.
? Experience within the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to walk; sit; type on computer
keyboard; talk or hear; answer telephone; look at computer screen. Specific vision abilities required
by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment can be high at times. Sit at desk
for prolonged periods of time and have the ability to work with computer tools and applications
