Applicants must meet the following requirements: Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in life sciences or related scientific discipline
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing facility
Sound understanding of protein purification principals
Effective team player in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow SOPs and Manufacturing Batch Record instructions
Knowledge of GMPs and prior manufacturing experience
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Performing routine manufacturing operations including column packing, column chromatography, filtration and bulk filling operations for the manufacture of clinical materials
Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Following SOPs and Manufacturing Batch Records to prepare solution and buffers
Authoring and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Manufacturing Batch Records
Reviewing completed Manufacturing Batch Records for accuracy and completeness
Authoring and supporting resolution of deviations, investigations, etc.
Purchasing and organizing raw materials and supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
Occasional weekend work may be required
