Job Summary:
Team-oriented skilled electronics technician with excellent skills at directly supporting the manufacturing floor with electronic and cable assemblies. Document and repair failed printed circuit boards, including fine pitch surface mount rework. Troubleshoot and repair fuel cell systems. Test completed fuel cell assemblies and maintain test equipment.
Summary of Qualifications:
5+ years electronics technician experience, associate degree in a technical field preferred. College course work and experience will be considered in lieu of degree. Formal technical training in the electrical field highly desirable. Manufacturing experience required. Good organizational, coordination and communication skills. Skilled in fine pitch surface mount rework. Skilled in following schematics, wiring lists and other diagrams/instructions. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions, make recommendations and implement with minimal supervision. Self-starter and ability to multi-task. Proficient in MSOffice. Ability to use basic hand tools, stand for long periods of time and lift at least 50 pounds.

Title: Materials Management Specialist

Job Summary:
Responsible to manage all aspects of production material flows and inventory accuracy including transactions, procurements, warehouse, receiving, cost, planning and shipping. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time. The position will also be responsible to develop and manage key supplier relationships.
Responsibilities:
The individual in this role will have a broad range of responsibilities which include the following: Responsible for the accuracy of inventory with the ability to implement a system of identifying discrepancies in inventory counts and corrective actions. Perform day-to-day inventory transactions as required. Participate in developing and implementing a cross functional fully integrated planning process that incorporates make vs buy, planning, scheduling, inventory, material and associated cost elements. Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to meet the company's business growth and sourcing requirements. Perform analyses on customer demand, sales forecasts and historical material usage for production planning to support customer demand. Establish and implement methods and best practices related to systems and processes that support inventory forecasting, purchasing and material control. Participate as a member of the operations team in making cross-functional decisions. Maintain a safe working environment.
Summary of Qualifications:
BS degree in business, management or other related discipline
5 years + experience in management or materials sourcing in a manufacturing and design environment
Working knowledge in ERP/MRP systems and their use. Intuitive ERP system knowledge a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to demonstrate solid written and oral communications
APICS certification is a plus
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
Experience working in and/or implementing ISO9001/14001 quality systems
Maintain a current understanding of industry best practices and technology trends
Skilled at technical writing, documentation and record keeping
Skilled in analytical problem solving
Ability to contribute to a cross functional collaborative environment
Financial skills including cost modeling, cost analysis and make vs. buy decisions
Ability to identify, develop and leverage tools, processes and metrics to optimize supplier value and performance
