Manufacturing Equipment Engineer - Day Shift, M-F Miasole
Description:This position is on the day shift - Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
?Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in the BEOL manufacturing area.
?Evaluates, selects, orders, and validates equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
?Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
?Tracks and analyzes tool performance and reliability.
Recommends and implements equipment, process, and program modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products.
?Develops and conducts statistical analysis such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) targeting physical cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality.
?Defines and writes tool documentation, procedures, out of control action plans, and preventative maintenance schedules.
Required Experience:
Required Experience:
?BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
?5+ years experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
?Knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control
Desirable Skills and Experience
?PLC programming (Allen-Bradley RS Logix 500/5000, Beckhoff Twincat, Parker ACR)
?HMI programming (Factory Talk View, Wonderware)
?Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing
?Programming Yaskawa Motoman robots
Required Education:
BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
