The Manufacturing Supervisor is primarily responsible for providing leadership and supervision to the production team to ensure that quality, compliance, customer service and cost goals are effectively implemented and support business objectives. This position oversees daily work functions and is responsible for selection, development and recognition of the production and facility staff. Responsibilities include production management, scheduling, material planning, facility maintenance, warehouse operations and product shipments.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing supervisor position in the medical device industry, knowledge and application of Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies, and working knowledge of ERP systems (Expandable knowledge preferred). A Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering or Operations Management and specific experience in a Materials Management role is preferred. Excellent
communication, interpersonal, verbal and written skills are required. Must have excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop others.
