The Manufacturing Test Engineering Manager leads a team of Engineers responsible for:
- Test Coverage Requirements Definition and Documentation for new and current products at PCBA and System levels.
- Identifying Design for Testability Requirements to Development Engineering
- Test Development Planning and Execution against a budget and product development lifecycle
- Test Methodologies Determination at Contract Manufacturers (e.g.automation, quality & process data collection and factory controls)
- Test Infrastructure and Tools architecture, development and maintenance
- Test Release control
- Recruiting, retaining and development of personnel
- Budgeting, KPI Metrics reporting
- Chairing the Test Review Council
- 10+ years in computer hardware test engineering role (server, storage, or networking) at the PCBA and System level
- BS (MS Preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Architecture
- NPI and Sustaining Engineering experience in an outsourced manufacturing model
- CM/ODM/OEM product development experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior management experience is strongly desired
- Proficient in Linux, Perl, Python, C, C++
- Hands on experience
