Mapping Analyst Liaison Technologies

Liaison Technologies, Inc. is looking for a proactive Mapping Analyst in our Customer Operations group located in Carbondale, Illinois. The Mapping Analyst utilizes one of Liaison?s mapping tools to create maps and templates used within Liaison?s systems to enable B2B document exchange between trading partners. They are knowledgeable on the mapping tools, data transformation, data-formats and data process. The Analyst provides level 2 support on the mapping tools to customers.
Primary Responsibilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Understanding of EDI and B2B standards and formats.
Communicates effectively via email and phone with global customers and staff.
Designs, develops and delivers integration solutions and trading partner kits and/or maps based on customers trading partner specifications and internal system requirements.
Analyzes code to find causes of errors and revises programs.
Works with development to enhance, QA and troubleshoot product issues. Creates demonstrations of Liaison?s products to assist Sales with potential customers.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Possess exceptional listening, problem solving and communication skills.
Must also be a self-starter, team player, who can multitask.
Computer inter/intranet skills.
Ideally the candidate would have an understanding and proficiency in EDI and XML standards.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and SQL a plus.
