Market Managed Services Technician Peak 10
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED General Description:
The Market Managed Services Technician (MMST) is responsible for working in a team environment to support and implement Peak 10?s customers. The MMST will work with the local Provisioning Coordinator and Market Managed Services Engineers to execute the technical tasks required to onboard and support customers.
Responding professionally and effectively to customer requests and/or issues
Execution of technical tasks required to transition customers from sales to ongoing support
Taking ownership of technical issues, and working with customer, partners, and internal departments to resolve problems
Participate in on-call rotation schedule with Market Managed Service Engineers
Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
Maintain a working level of proficiency with all Peak 10 services
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Passion for providing a great customer experience
Experience in a 24/7 production environment
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of Windows operating systems
Proficiency in Linux operating systems
A.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, a related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong attention to detail, making and keeping commitments and meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with ITIL Incident Response methodologyMust be a self-starter and motivated
