As a Redfin Market Manager, you're responsible for building an excellent customer service organization, resulting in happy employees and happy clients. You'll be responsible for the growth and development of our Inland Empire region, evaluating processes, following up with and mentoring Team Leads, working directly with your recruiter to develop additional teams and hire agents, coordinators and associate agents to serve the needs of the market. You'll establish best practices and build an organization that's not just great, but world-class.

As our Real Estate Market Manager, we'd expect you to:
Be a leader: you're resourceful, decisive and hold yourself and others accountable for the entire customer experience. You don't accept mediocrity, and you're constantly looking for ways to improve your team's service.
Offer real estate guidance and market expertise: your real estate team will depend on you for leadership; you should be prepared to answer tough questions.
Forecast and manage the budget for your market: you commit to your market's financial goals, are responsible for headcount, evaluate your market spend and maintain profitability.
Look for new ways to gain market share: figure out how to crush the competition, we're offering a better option for buying & selling real estate.
Recruit & train new agents: we're always looking for new talent and need to make sure we're staffed appropriately to satisfy demand.
Produce results: we're looking for someone that's goal oriented, up for a challenge, driven by delighting clients and profitability.
To succeed you'll need to be:
Entrepreneurial: highly self-motivated and creative, always searching for new ways to succeed and provide value.
Service motivated: we're a customer service organization, not a sales house.
Tech adept: you need to be comfortable with today's technology: blogs, email, social networking ? we're a technology driven organization, our managers need to be comfortable using a spectrum of online tools.
To be considered you must be:
Experienced: you're a licensed real estate sales agent and broker in the state of California, with a minimum of 50 transactions under your belt, 10 over the last 12 months.
Smart: you have a four-year college degree and can communicate clearly and write well
Ethical: you live by our values already, and do the right thing - always.
A demonstrated leader: a minimum of two-years successful experience leading teams in a customer service motivated environment.
