This position would be located in Larkspur, CA.
The Engagement Manager is a key member of the Client Engagement team responsible for new client implementations, annual projects and one time projects. As an Engagement Manager, your primary role is to execute successful and efficient implementations and projects for both new and existing clients. You will build strong relationships with senior executives and provide expertise as business improvement partners. The position requires someone who has software implementation experience, excellent communication and organization skills, and at least 1-2 years of experience managing client accounts and interacting with senior level executives.
Responsibilities are varied and ever-expanding, including:
Manage client projects and relationships in conjunction with Client Success Managers, Analysts and support staff
Implement the software platform and programs for new clients
Manage client projects and work closely with internal departments
Provide recommendations to sales and product management
Design and collaborate on surveys and reports
Prioritize, troubleshoot and report technical issues
Train clients on how to best utilize our online system
Communicate key issues and insights to management
Web-based software experience
Project management or client management experience with a passion for serving clients
Coursework in business management and management information systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to consult with clients at a senior level
Outstanding organizational/project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks for multiple clients
Sound business judgment in managing relationships, prioritizing, responding to clients, or knowing when to ask questions
Ability to quickly learn and use proprietary software
Nice to have
Strong analytical skills
Software implementation experience
Fluent in other languages
