Market Research Analyst Zilliant
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The sales organization at Zilliant is currently searching for a Market Research Analyst to join the team in our Austin headquarters. The Market Research Analyst will work with our North American sales team to research and provide current and accurate industry, prospect and customer data to execute sales campaigns and initiatives.
This person?s focus and efforts will have a large impact on Zilliant?s sales ?Go to Market? Strategy.
The position is available for full-time employment in our Austin office with competitive compensation based on experience and capabilities. This role will report to the Head of Strategy & Market Development.
Conduct comprehensive research to collect qualifying information on leads, accounts and contacts in Salesforce.com with the goal of completing first level discovery and qualification to determine fit for Zilliant
Ensure data integrity by reviewing and monitoring data for accuracy and completeness, monitor 3rd party information sources including company websites, annual reports, Hoovers, ZoomInfo and other database resources and update database as needed
Identify market qualified lead at priority accounts through research ? the key decision maker by division and fit within the organization
Create account specific outreach plans that aligns Zilliant messaging to a prioritized account?s current strategic goals as identified through research and assist in executing a multi-tier account penetration strategy
Support sales demand gen activities which may include: call campaigns to maximize lead generation at industry events and trade shows; manage prospect lists and corresponding actions, etc?
Build targeted calling lists and assist to prioritize outbound calling activities for leads/contacts based marketing generated interest
Coordinates and assists with the sales activities to drive meetings which may include preparation of marketing materials and direct mailing, printing, marketing event and trade show support, etc.
Track and record all prospecting activities, qualification notes and follow up activities in Salesforce.com
Partner with Marketing to support CDG campaigns to appropriate leads and contacts and support pre and post campaign activities
Market research and industry analysis for industries of interest for Zilliant applications
Support the administration of Salesforce.com and the associated sales processes
Follow the direction from Head of Strategy & Market Development
Recent MBA graduate or Bachelor?s degree with 2 ? 3 years? experience in sales or marketing
Strong motivation to further career in 2 ? 4 years
Strong research, qualification and discovery skills; excellent listening skills
Proven ability to work in a team oriented environment as well as the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction once fully ramped
SFDC experience required
Must be detail and multi-task oriented and adaptable to change
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed assigned goals
Enthusiastic professional attitude and excellent follow-up skills
Superior and proven time management skills a necessity to meet sales driven deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
