The Client Analyst will perform a range of functions in the areas of business analytics, leveraging consulting skills, social media analytics, and measurements to analyze data and provide insight. Client Analysts provide the support needed to address the operational issues that are critical to success and can transform the client's business operations.
Track and measure the operational changes for domestic and international organizations by evaluating changes in customer perception.
Analyze and understand data & trends to prepare targeted operational recommendations based upon clients' customer feedback.
Prepare client deliverables (?Finding Sessions?) in a clear and concise manner, aligned with clients? business strategies to assist with both, operational and strategic decisions.
Analyze clients' competitive landscape to uncover areas of relative strength, weakness, opportunity and threat.
Evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns of nBA?s clients by measuring customer impact and reach of various marketing efforts.
Assist the marketing department with content marketing campaigns by preparing industry statistics as part of an effort to educate prospective clients.
Periodically update deliverable visuals, verbatim and branding; and make recommendations on process or product (?Finding Session?) improvements.
The Ideal Candidate
A bachelor's degree.
1-3 Years experience in a technology company, preferably in a role interacting with social media tools and software
Proficiency with MS office
Familiar with both Windows and Apple OS X
Basic experience with SQL (desired)
Strong understanding of social media environment and networks
Strong analytic, quantitative, and data interpretation skills
Exceptional analytical skills, critical and creative thinking: desire and ability to constantly expand one's technical and business knowledge
Strong sense of creativity (design experience helpful)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent work ethic with a proven record of meeting deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment
Demonstration of strong project management and organization skills along with demonstrated skills to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and work under deadline pressure.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities.
Experience handling customer data with meticulous care and confidentiality
Willing to travel, 10%+ in a multi-state territory
