Accolade seeks a Survey Manager to support survey research projects in our Plymouth Meeting, PA office. Primary responsibilities for this position include research and survey project management along with data management and analysis. The position will entail contributing to survey design and instrument development, oversight of data collection and processing efforts, analysis of results as well as qualitative and quantitative report writing. The Director of Data Insights provides management support for the Survey Manager.
Manage multiple new and ongoing survey research projects with minimal supervision.
Lead/serve on project teams comprised of senior/junior, marketing, technical, analytics and operations staff.
Lead/contribute to technical proposals and other business development activities.
Present findings to internal and external audiences.
Education, training or comparable on-the-job experience in survey methodology and analysis.
3+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and conducting surveys in multiple formats, including via web-based.
Experience managing multiple projects.
Writing and presentation skills commensurate with the position.
Master's degree in a related discipline.
Substantive training in survey research methods and analysis.
Persuasive writing and presentation abilities.
Demonstrated customer service skills/experience.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Experience with SAS or a similar statistical analysis package.
Strong aptitude for analytical and investigative work.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Prior experience in consulting, private industry, health care or other related jobs is preferred.
Must be competent using computer applications and proficient in the use of MS Office products.
