The Market Response Representative must be able to respond very quickly to inbound lead inquiries, have excellent communication skills, and be able to leverage technology tools and analytic skills to track and appropriately respond to lead activity. This rapidly growing organization is in need of a highly motivated individual who looks forward to the challenge of becoming a lead expert, engaging new prospects and helping to grow the business.
The Market Response Representative will report to the Business Development Manager and will also work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the company's long-term success by driving prospects throughout the sales organization. The Market Response Representative role is seen as a developmental role, and you will have the opportunity to grow into a larger role within the company, which is committed to promoting talent from within.
Please Note: Aptitude testing is required for all positions
Personally calling all inbound web inquiries or demo requests with the goal of an 8-minute or less response time
Conducting follow up conversations with these leads, asking qualifying questions to effectively determine the prospect?s needs. Based on information gathered, setting up informational call with the appropriate internal contact within the sale organization
Becoming an expert on Marketo and using tool to track anonymous web activity. Based on lead scoring metrics, ensuring that high value leads are followed up with by the appropriate member of the sales team
Managing all new incoming leads, and assigning to appropriate member of sales team in SFDC
Through exposure to Business Development team, learning fundamentals of prospecting for BigMachines enterprise solution.
Offering ideas and recommendations to help to improve our sales processes
Performing other duties as assigned
Adhering to all BigMachines security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
Participating in security training provided by BigMachines
Reporting any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager
Extremely hardworking, motivated and eager to learn
Passion to evangelize powerful new technologies and new ways of doing business
Ability to quickly learn about BigMachines? web-based software solutions and how these can meet customer needs
Extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally
Ability to ask probing questions in personable and conversational manner.
Utilize strong analytical skills to decipher large pool of web activity to determine relevance of potential prospects
Comfortable with learning new technology
BS/BA from a reputable college or university
Prior selling, customer facing or transferrable experience preferred, but not required
