RedBrick Health is actively seeking a product marketing professional for its Market Solutions team. This individual will understand market trends and actively gather requirements for new and existing products, as well as help communicate the value story of RedBrick Health products for internal and external audiences.
Essential Job Functions:
Actively gather, analyze, organize and communicate product development requirements for existing and new products.
Translate product features to benefits and positioning for assigned market(s) while highlighting RedBrick Health?s distinctive competence.
Develop market and sales strategy as well as the packaging of product components best suited for assigned market(s).
Conduct win/loss analyses.
Analyze competitor developments and report on developments regularly to Sales, Leadership teams, and other internal teams as appropriate.
In partnership with Finance, determine pricing strategy for product offering.
Gather and evaluate market performance data.
Craft market positioning content for sales vehicles ? positioning, website, collateral, sales decks.
Design and execute market launches in close coordination with Corporate Marketing team and Product Marketing Managers.
Essential Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor?s Degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university, preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in product marketing.
3 years in sales or business development.
Experience in employer or health plan wellness products.
Strong cross-functional communication skills (verbal & written).
Ability to write for a variety of audiences and formats.
Innovative, creative and open-minded.
Comfortable with and curious about technology, user of health & wellness online content and tools, familiar with popular apps.
Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with ambiguity, driving to definition and clarity.
Solid ability to use/learn productivity tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Project).
Self-driven, motivated and results oriented.
Experience with designing or marketing employer health and wellness programs.
Sales training or experience supporting sales teams.
Experience with consumer health technology and mobile apps.
