We are seeking Series 3 and 34 licensed candidates in our Retail Sales Department who are flexible self-starters with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a "service" mindset in order to provide assistance in account opening and operational support to the firm's rapidly growing customer base of professional and individual Forex Traders.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and cultivate relationships with clients by gauging individual levels of experience, offering different paths for client advancement and guiding clients along their developmental process.
Engage existing clients in ongoing conversations regarding their plans/goals for the account, risk management, trader psychology, trading/account strategy, ongoing marketing activity and solving any questions a client may have.
Facilitate clients' success and longevity while increasing trade activity within a reasonable level based on clients' individual fiscal parameters and limitations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate or prior experience in customer service and sales experience.
A valid Series 3 and 34 licensing is a requirement for position application.
Prior experience within a brokerage or financial services environment
Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlooks a must
Fluent in the languages of Russian, Spanish, and Arabic a plus!
