At its core this job is a coordinator position that does a wide range of marketing, administrative and selected other projects. The position requires an individual who is self motivated and organized; detail oriented and has strong software and communication skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
? Coordinate all aspects of trade show logistics, including trade show calendar
? Assist in creating and producing marketing collateral
? Assist in preparing materials for internal and external presentations
? Coordinates the marketing content of the website
? Coordinates outside vendors (such as design firms, printers) as required
? Orders sales promotional material; manages inventory
? Assists as needed in PR activities and advertising campaigns
? Assembles metrics for marketing programs
? Assists the CEO and COO in administering their responsibilities, including coordinating information with the Board of Directors
? Helps plan and coordinate a variety of company meetings and event logistics
? Prepares documents and presentations with direction from the Executive Team
? Screens and coordinates phone calls, letters, and visitors for the CEO and COO
? Coordinates travel arrangements as needed with the company?s outside travel agency
? Support for selected other projects, as needed
? Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:
? 5 - 7 years of progressive experience in marketing/administrative assistant positions
? Associates or Bachelor?s degree is a plus
? Experience with calendaring, setting appointments and travel arrangements
? Ability to interface well with all departments and all levels within the company

? Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
? Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
? Able to provide writing and editing support
? Ability to multi-task and handle projects with diverse scope
? Must have strong follow up skills to ensure completion of tasks
? Punctual, reliable, self-starter, shows initiative and good judgment
? Able to thrive in a fast-paced organization
? Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the executive?s role within the
organization
? Ability to represent and communicate on behalf of the executive in a professional and courteous
manner
? Strong computer skills
? Strong proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Power Point
? Knowledge of Visio and Microsoft project
? Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
? Experience in CRM software such as SalesForce, a plus
? Experience working with technology-based products/services, a plus
? Experience in trade show planning and coordination desirable
? Other duties as assigned
