We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst, Consumer Insights, who is passionate about finding out what and how our players think! Bring to light the voice of our players. Responsibility for all ad-hoc and continuous market research projects as relates to the end-to-end experience of gamers from download to retention.
You will own all Market Research projects from design through implementation ultimately using the data to deliver compelling insights that drive clear business actions and outcomes.

Define and drive an integrated market research strategy, plan, and budget that fills knowledge gaps and provides a comprehensive view of the player, the market and the brand.
Manage all aspects of primary research projects, including identifying market research objectives, designing research methodology, identifying and managing vendors, developing questionnaires and discussion guides, coordinating research stimuli, implementing and analyzing research, and reporting on findings and game.
Present information in a story-based way that values passion, precision and impact, don?t just throw out facts and figures, but thoughtfully and holistically create reports that address large strategic business questions around targeting and customer segmentation.
Work with the rest of the Marketing and Game teams to incorporate findings into development of brand, business and marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, brand perceptions and ultimately, game installs and engaged players
Use research methodologies to educate the organization on consumer targeting
7+ years experience in a similar role
Analytical with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving
Ability to juggle projects across multiple channels, networks and platforms
Deep understanding of ROI, user profitability, user attribution and media mix modeling
Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and get things done quickly
Ability to present data in a story form and deliver findings to the team
Degree in applied math, economics, engineering, computer science, marketing or equivalent
Passion about games, big data and our Players is a must!
