Responsibilities:
Create, modify, and manage campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua
Develop and manage nurture programs within Eloqua
Manage the integration between Eloqua and Salesforce.com including making changes to auto synchs and field mappings as needed
Own the lead scoring model within Eloqua
Work with the sales team to ensure lead handoff from marketing to sales is as smooth as possible
Analyze lead source, email, and campaign performance including CTR, open rates and engagement rates
Create reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com and Eloqua
Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to execute email sends for various events and campaigns
Own the marketing database, including field management, new list uploads, and segmentation for campaigns
Manage Eloqua sales enablement tools ? Engage and Discover
Create and edit Eloqua users as needed
Be able to troubleshoot issues with Eloqua including the integration with Salesforce.com
Maintain CAN-SPAM compliance for all outgoing emails
Skills:
Extensive Eloqua experience (LiveOps uses E10)
Campaigns, Emails, Landing Pages, Forms,Templates, Lead Scoring, Cloud Connector, Segments, Auto Synchs, Contact Management, User Management, Custom Objects, Reports, Discover & Engage
SFDC administrator experience
Lead Assignments, Workflows, Email Alerts, Reports, Dashboards, Custom Fields, Custom Objects, User Settings
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM
Microsoft Excel (familiarity with Vlookups and pivot tables will be helpful)
HTML
Javascript a plus
