Reply! Inc., the leading online marketing firm is seeking a Marketing Analyst to help manage our Publisher Channel at our Corporate Headquarters in San Ramon. This person will use their exceptional skills in performance marketing, sales, relationship-building and analytics to help manage, grow and monitor our publisher partners to increase traffic, quality and revenue opportunities for our Advertising clients. This role will be a key aspect for ensuring the quality of our Publishers and growing the channel. Overall Role Responsibilities:

Report, track, and analyze results from Publisher partners
Use Excel to analyze traffic quality, conversion rates and volume of Publishers daily to quickly identify concerns
Monitor Publisher activity and potential policy / program violations
Traffic new display ad campaigns and email content for networks
Research and work with Publisher team on efficient methods of optimizing revenue and traffic quality
Prepare reports to assist in developing best practices around CPA marketing programs
Prospect and generate new relationships with direct publishers
Aggressively recruit new, top-producing Publisher partners
Maintain a competitive review document and recommend changes based on findings


Qualifications:

Proficiency in Excel using advanced formulas, pivot tables & graphs
1 to 3 years experience in online marketing
Bachelor?s degree in business or related field
Specific experience focused on online publisher/affiliate marketing a major plus
Strong relationship/partnering skills
Affiliate Network experience a strong plus
Proven track record and solid references
