With 2 brands, Art.com and AllPosters, websites in 25 countries, and an ever-changing inventory of over 1 million items, we face an exciting opportunity to further grow our business through Search Engine Marketing. We currently use a combination of proprietary technology and brainpower to creatively manage and scale a portfolio containing tens of millions of keywords and we are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join us in our quest to take our programs to the next level.
As a Marketing Analyst for the SEM channel, you will leverage SEM data assets to develop and iterate actionable reporting and analysis to drive growth across domestic and international programs. You will be part of a small, tight-knit team whose members are directly responsible for meeting aggressive growth and profitability targets. Your exceptional analytical skills, proactive nature, and your ability to work well in a team environment will allow you to learn from great talent in all areas of internet retail and to share your own unique experiences with your colleagues.
Support analysis for all aspects of SEM programs, including domestic and international segments (Google, Yahoo, MSN).
Perform analysis of SEM customer behavior utilizing business intelligence tools in conjunction with a customer data warehouse.
Analyze performance across millions of keywords and ads to create meaningful insights to support data-driven strategies for the growth of the SEM program.
Follow the implementation, measurement, and reporting of your strategies from conception through post-mortem.
Develop predictive models for optimizing investment strategies.
Coordinate closely with the SEM team, and cross-functional teams to drive performance.
2+ years' experience in SEM and Google AdWords with some exposure to consumer-facing e-commerce accounts
Certification in Google AdWords is a strong plus
Experience with PLA management or Microsoft AdCenter a strong plus
Ideal candidate is familiar with: Google Analytics, WebTrends and/or similar 3rd party systems, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and business intelligence tools (Business Objects, Tableau, etc.)
Demonstrated error-free analysis and reporting with meticulous attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
