What you?ll do
As a Marketing Analytics Manager, your primary responsibility will be to instill analytical, data driven discipline to all marketing activities to articulate value and impact to the organization. This high visibility, key role within marketing includes working with stakeholders throughout the organization to define KPIs and develop reports and analysis. Candidates must possess a strong analytic foundation, preferably within a marketing-oriented role, a history of partnering with cross-functional teams, as well as a proven track record of creating value by facilitating data-driven decision-making.
How you?ll do it
Develop measurement strategies to track performance and awareness of the Belkin and Linksys brands
Find efficiencies and opportunities for marketing and overall business in order to improve processes and performance
Assist Marketing Director in go to market planning across company product portfolio
Assist Marketing Director in creating marketing programs
What you?ll need
5+ years experience
3-5 years of experience within a quantitative business environment
Proven ability to dive into an analytics problem, synthesize disparate data, and communicate not only data, but meaningful insights and recommendations
Excel and powerpoint master
Databases, data mining, data analysis and modeling skills
Working knowledge of Google Analytics required
Ability to create effective business partner relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
What you?ve done
Established analytic discipline within marketing organization
Partnered with key stakeholders within marketing, PR, sales, events and interactive to define key performance indicators and establish measurement strategies
Developed weekly, monthly and ad hoc KPI measurement reports, models, scorecards and dashboards for senior management
Provided insights about consumer behavior, online interactions, and campaign performance that will be used to inform marketing and business decisions to improve overall business performance
