Marketing Analytics Manager
Pandora is looking for a talented analyst to help drive our marketing decisions.
This position is dataâ€"intensive. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with data, and craves seeing their work have a measurable impact on our business goals, which is connecting people with music they love!
This role will analyze the effectiveness of our marketing programs, and drive improvements. This role will identify listener behaviors associated with long-term, heavy Pandora usage and help to develop marketing programs to drive usage of Pandora.
Responsibilities:
•Serve as the business owner for key metrics. Define key user metrics. Monitor metrics, and suggest marketing and product changes to improve metrics. Publish monthly marketing dashboard
•Recommend and oversee the creation and production of marketing campaigns
•Proactively design user research using a variety of techniques including primary research, and quantitative data analysis.
•Define A/B and multivariate test criteria. Analyze test results and recommend next steps.
•Collaborate and leverage resources across the company to drive results.
•Set goals, measure effectiveness, and provide recaps of all marketing efforts.
Requirements:
•BS or graduate degree (or equivalent professional experience) in economics, math, statistics or a related field
•Great attitude
•High level of SQL/SPSS proficiency
•Excel power user
•Strong desire to have a positive impact on the business
•Keen intellectual curiosity
