Marketing and Inside Sales Coordinator (M&SC) Solstice Neurosciences

An M&SC, assigned to Marketing, will gain exposure to multiple facets of the business and assume leadership for projects that drive commercial brands among patients, physicians, and other associated entities. This marketing role includes an account management (sales) component supporting the Revonto sales team as required.
To succeed, an MS&C must show passion for all assigned marketing and business-related tasks, and lead with maturity, urgency and consistency. An MS&C will be empowered to recommend strategies, initiate plans, and efficiently resolve brand-related issues to ensure success in respective markets.
An M&SC must be able to develop and maintain mutually-beneficial internal/external relationships based on strong verbal and written communications skills to enable successful development and execution of effective business, marketing and sales goals and objectives.
Each M&SC is expected to demonstrate project ownership with consistent focus on priorities and results. As a mid-sized and fast-paced organization, USWM expects that each employee be assertive, able to multi-task, drive all projects through personal initiative and deliver breakthrough results.
Responsibilities of an M&SC will include, but are not limited to:
Delivering results that meet and exceed corporate, brand, and departmental sales/project goals
Contributing to creating, optimizing and delivering concise and effective marketing materials
Learning, understanding and executing the account management role by making Revonto sales calls; supporting current sales team members during high volume periods; attending trade shows as required
Proficiently training toward validation on all USWM brands and maintaining functional product knowledge
Supporting and managing promotions/logistics for conventions, trade shows and meetings
Providing project support to Marketing department, leadership team, and other corporate entities as needed
Coordinating and disseminating information necessary to effectively communicate plans, strategies and goals
Working closely with assigned team to determine and manage event budgets
Creating and delivering content for press releases, media outlets, corporate newsletters, new media, executive biographies, and other communications priorities as required
Developing internal and external PowerPoint presentations for corporate business, sales and other related support functions
Managing video content
Assisting with marketing and cross-functional project and administrative tasks during high demand
This is an entry-level pharmaceutical role requiring a Bachelor?s degree or higher. Prior professional experience is preferred. Periodic travel will be required for trade/medical conferences, market research, field deployment meetings, and salesforce field visits. The estimated travel requirement is 5-20%, occasionally including weekends subject to fluctuation based on business needs. Increased travel may be necessary to facilitate training.
Future expectations require that an MS&C will gain diverse experience to develop and sharpen core marketing and sales skills to improve professional capabilities toward greater team responsibilities and roles.
