About the Team
The Media Marketing team is responsible for the strategy and placement of all traditional (non web) media to acquire new GreatCall customers and support the growth of the GreatCall brand. This includes, but is not limited to, direct response media (television, print, radio, direct mail) and retail media (television, print, radio). This team is also responsible for call forecasts, the daily call and sales analysis and budget maintenance for all media placed. This team works very closely with other teams in the marketing department as well as the organization including, but not limited to, sales, finance, reporting, project management and operations, as well as external media planning and buying agencies.
About the Job
The main purpose of the job will be to oversee all business channel new customer acquisition campaigns and drive business efficiency through effective campaign analysis and ad spend management. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing direct media (DRTV, print, radio and direct mail), retail media (TV, print, radio) and working with the web team and outside data sources and media planning and buying agencies to optimize the media mix for all company brands.
Responsibilities
Develop strategies; provide insight to help manage the implementation and optimization of marketing and media initiatives.
Maintain existing campaign measurement strategies, and assist in the compilation, analysis, and presentation of campaign performance on a weekly basis.
Work directly with internal and external partners to design and implement media tracking and reporting tools including dashboards, metrics, management reports, and to analyze and optimize media plans.
Aggregate internal and external data sources and create actionable trend information.
Use historical call data and trending to develop quarterly call forecasts at least one quarter in advance.
Review daily call activity to compare actual activity to forecast, identify problems and opportunities.
Develop test market scenarios and analyze results of tests in all media channels.
Compare media plans with actual execution, delivery against goals and objectives, and assist in developing standard campaign benchmarks.
Manage toll free phone number database and ensure proper coding for all numbers as assigned.
Work directly with partner agencies to resolve any discrepancies in executions, measurement, and/or delivery.
Participate in quarterly media strategy and planning sessions.
Basic Qualifications
Education: Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Mathematics or Economics
Minimum 3 years marketing, media, or client-consulting fields experience
Minimum 3 years call and sales forecasting experience
Minimum 3 years trend analysis experience
Basic SQL and Intermediate Excel skills required. Advanced Excel skills a plus
Desired Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and an MBA with emphasis in Finance or Economics
Excellent organizational skills and very detail-oriented
Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience presenting to senior client executives and/or internal executives is a plus
Understands and can meet deadlines; strong ability to multi-task
Strong problem solving abilities; can develop solutions in a fast-changing environment
Advanced Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced Access, SQL or any other database-related software skills a plus
Strong math, analytical skills and statistical skills are required
