Marketing Assistant Zoosk

Zoosk seeks an enthusiastic, hard working and detail-oriented marketing assistant to manage a variety of administrative functions related to Zoosk?s marketing spend and creative projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized self-starter to help one of the largest and fastest growing online dating services.Responsibilities:
Generate and process purchase orders, insertion orders, and contracts for marketing-related expenses
Email/fax approved purchase orders, insertion orders and contracts to vendor partners
Scan and file approved purchase orders, insertion orders and contracts
Manage electronic filing system
Review invoices and payment back-up and process vendor/affiliate invoices
Work with finance and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of all invoices and to understand and resolve any discrepancies with vendor partners
Prepare and present spend reports on purchase orders and insertion orders to ensure no interruption in marketing spend with key partners
Collect and analyze data from marketing initiatives and prepare marketing reports
Update marketing and presentation materials
Work with marketing and finance team leads to improve reporting processes continuously
Support the communications team in day to day management of external agencies
Facilitate internal communications e.g. post daily to the 989 Facebook page
Organise and support creative projects as needed
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience working in an administrative capacity
Strong background in purchase orders, insertion orders, and processing payments a plus
Organized, resourceful, and flexible with work priorities
Intelligent problem solver with a strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks
Ability to function and excel in a fast paced, small start-up environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree preferred
