Marketing Assitant Simbionix
Overview of position: In this ever-growing environment, assistance is needed to support marketing and operations activities. This newly created position supports tradeshows and various marketing projects, as well as operations requirements.
Management of conference and trade show exhibits. This includes packing crates, coordinating materials, and taking full responsibility that all events are supported.
Reserve booth space, hotel rooms (when needed), material handling services, electricity, furniture, carpet and all other tradeshow logistics and responsibilities.
Medical content gathering via discussions with KOLs, clinicians and others.
Database growth and maintenance tasks.
Additional duties dependent on skill set. The following would be a plus:
Graphics design to provide support as needed
Write press releases, produce web content, collateral content and review/edit the writing of others.
Video editing of testimonials, product and site videos
Marketing background is preferred
Adaptable to an ever-changing environment and willingness to assist where needed
Attention to detail
Good time management and ability to prioritize
Good verbal communication and collaboration skills
Schedule adherence including working ahead of deadlines
Healthcare marketing experience is not necessary, but preferred
A minimum of a 2 year degree and 2 years work experience (Preferably in the field of marketing or communications)
Graphics design training and experience (not a requirement)
Desktop video editing experience (not a requirement)
Advanced computer skills
Contribution to company: This is a key role within the company as these efforts result in company and product branding, sales leads and ultimately sales.
