Besides your future degree, this experience will look great on your resume!As our Marketing Associate Intern, you will work directly with our Sr. Marketing Communications Manager and Sr. Demand Generation Programs Manager.
We realize that school is your priority and are okay with you working part time. Your hours can range from 20-30 hours per week, with flexibility as needed. We are looking for someone who can commit to working at DigitalPersona from January ? June.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social media
research articles, compose and post daily tweets
Tradeshow logistics
order furniture, electricity, carpet, etc. for DP booth at events
research pre-show marketing options
promote events via Twitter
Assist with planning and launch of marketing campaigns including,
designing and writing emails
developing webinars
designing surveys for lead qualification
Evaluate program results and design Excel reports
Work with Oracle On Demand (CRM) software to prepare and import contact information for the database
Create marketing content to generate leads
research and locate compelling statistics about our industry for use in white papers and promotions
Assist with monitoring website traffic and propose changes
Using Google Analytics, review web page statistics and propose changes
Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Detail-oriented, well-organized
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office with extensive Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
Excellent writing skills
NICE TO HAVE:
HTML experience ideal
Video editing experience ideal
Some database experience (e.g. analysis of data, ability to prepare data for input)
EDUCATION:
Junior or Senior college student majoring in marketing
