Marketing at Axial starts and ends with the user (at Axial, we call our users ?Members?), from building awareness to fueling Member acquisition to Member retention. Our job is to attract new Members to join the network, build and protect the worldwide Axial brand, and market and support Axial?s products and solutions. At the core of our marketing strategy is a powerful content machine that takes advantage of our network, our unique data sets, and allows us to educate, attract and influence the set of customers we serve.
Inbound Marketing Role
Axial?s Inbound Marketers lead the way in developing high quality, relevant and innovative campaigns to engage our Members and attract new Members to Axial. Whether it be a whitepaper, a video, great blog articles, or an infographic, we create marketing campaigns around informative, authoritative and highly shareable content and are always experimenting with new content types, topics, formats, and ideas. We aren?t afraid to fail, we just want to be smart about it.
Our Inbound Marketers own their marketing campaigns start to finish, executing on every detail of campaign creation, management, distribution and results. Great campaigns lead to great results, so the analytical side of you is constantly tracking the ROI of your work in the form of leads generated and direct contributions to revenue pipeline and Axial network growth.
? Produce diverse and successful content-centric marketing campaigns that reach our target audiences and drive awareness and curiosity about Axial and our products and solutions
? Own the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns; choose a target audience, create compelling offers, distribute the offer via email campaigns, social media channels, and traditional media, and finally ? measure your results
? Develop and test strategies for how to continually improve the performance of your campaigns, as judged by number of new Members, increased network activity, and contribution to revenue pipeline
? BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing or journalism
? 4+ years of reporting / journalism or inbound marketing experience
? You must love to write and publish
? You are an exceptional communicator in all contexts: written, spoken, internal, external
? An interest in marketing to and serving the entrepreneurial economy
? Ability to link all activities to key ROI metrics and other business objectives
? Motivated to reach individual and team goals; works extremely well in a team environment
