Title: Marketing Associate
Gilt Groupe is seeking a top-notch marketing professional to join its dynamic and growing Online Marketing team. As a Marketing Associate you will be responsible for executing large scale online marketing campaigns and driving the next phase of display advertising for Gilt Groupe's global business. This role requires a demonstrated record of analytical rigor, creative problem solving, and flawless execution. The ideal candidate will have a top-tier educational background and 2+ years of experience in online marketing or advertising. In addition, this role provides exposure to a broad range of online marketing disciplines and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable acquisitions via display media channels
Plan, develop and implement A/B and multi-variant testing of digital campaigns to ensure optimized conversions
Load, QA and traffic large media campaigns through third party ad server
Interact and coordinate with vendors to ensure successful campaign delivery
Produce post-campaign reports and analysis, including recommendations for improvement
Partner with multiple business units (Women?s and Men?s apparel, Kids and Baby, Home) and the creative department to create and test exceptional advertising creative
Use industry research as well as internal data to foster leadership in innovation, media planning and consumer insights
Requirements:
2+ years of online marketing/media planning experience and bachelor?s degree
Deep focus on campaign performance metrics across placements
Experience working with external partners (platform and media vendors) to hit targets
Experience with Ad Trafficking and 3rd-Party Advertising platforms (preferably DoubleClick)
Familiarity with Online Analytics platforms (preferably Google Analytics)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent vendor and partner management skills
Must be highly analytical and detail-oriented
