The overall responsibility of the Marketing Associate is to assist with the planning and/or execution of marketing activities that support the PulsePoint brand, and sales offerings linked to PulsePoint revenue plan and targets. Core duties of this role include:
? Manage and implement all social media initiatives for PulsePoint. Activities involve, but are not limited to: creating and maintaining corporate accounts on social networks, engaging followers, devising programs to increase interest and community, ensuring PulsePoint?s social presence is fresh, pro-active and innovative, and educating staff on best practices.
? Manage and maintain the PulsePoint blog. Activities involve, but are not limited to: creating and implementing an editorial calendar, seeking content sources, creating content, posting and tracking activity, and creating programs/initiatives to increase audience.
? Assist with and/or manage the creation and deployment of sales and corporate communications. Activities involve, but are not limited to: working with team members to craft and design emails, newsletters and other communications, set up lists and manage deployment.
? Lead and/or assist in the creation of sales activation tools for the media and technology solutions team. Activities involve, but are not limited to: crafting one sheets, presentations and other branding collateral to support sales and event initiatives.
? Conduct other Marketing responsibilities/initiatives and coordinate with team members on marketing projects as deemed necessary.
Position reports to the VP, Marketing and synchs with all marketing team members.
