Position: Marketing Associate
Location: Seattle, WA.
EnvestnetTamarac is looking for a highly efficient and detail oriented Marketing Associate to drive lead generation through the timely coordination and execution of sales events, tradeshows, email, and various marketing campaigns.
?Coordinate sales event venues, dates and timely outbound email campaigns to support them
?Coordinate monthly client training venues, dates and external/internal communications supporting them
?Manage all deployments of outbound prospect/client email marketing through third party marketing automation software (Pardot)
?Coordinate registrations, shipping of booth supplies, marketing materials and internal communications with respect to all tradeshow and third party sponsored events
?Maintain all tradeshow/booth materials to ensure all equipment is functioning, current and organized. Work with 3rd party providers to replace and purchase new booth materials as needed
?Work directly with print vendors to maintain current sales collateral inventory, in print and online, as well as corporate stationary, business cards, and signage
?Become highly educated on our ever evolving RIA platform, Advisor Xi, and be able to clearly communicate the benefits of our offering
?Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM and our integrated marketing automation tool, Pardot, in daily operations.
