ZeroTurnaround is looking for an individual with a strong background in B2B Lead Generation/Lead Management to join a passionate, growing team that is driving ZeroTurnaround to new levels of leadership in the Java world. The Marketing Automation Manager will play a key role for the company by establishing an end-to-end leads process and guiding the implementation and execution across the Marketing and Sales teams.
The Marketing Automation Manager will collaborate with the ZeroTurnaround Sales and Marketing teams in the development of a sophisticated lead management, nurturing, and handoff process built upon Salesforce and Marketo which results in a steady flow of well qualified leads. The Marketing Automation Manager will have regular interaction with the global ZeroTurnaround Sales and Marketing organization regarding process creation. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with Sales and Operations.
In addition to establishing and managing an overall process for lead management at ZeroTurnaround, the Marketing Automation Manager will participate in the following activities on a regular basis.
In partnership with the Sales Team, responsible for driving the completeness and accuracy of the contact list in salesforce.
Owner of the budget and relationships for purchased lead sources.
Partner with members of the marketing team to create campaigns from beginning to end, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting using email, direct mail, webinars, downloadable web content, events, etc.
Build a program that will keep ZeroTurnaround clients engaged with the ZeroTurnaround brand, currently built on Marketo and Salesforce.
Administrator and primary expert user of the marketing automation overlay to Salesforce.
Work with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to develop lead scoring criteria within salesforce to validate a lead?s quality before handing it off to sales.
Work with marketing stakeholders to create lead nurture programs that will create greater velocity through the sales pipeline. Assist marketing stakeholders with customer contact strategies to deepen the customer relationship and increase sales opportunities and then execute on these campaigns.
As a growing company your role will need to be grown by you, and the expectations of you will grow over time; staying creative and constantly bringing new ideas to optimize the use of our leads will be paramount.
Work with creative team to adapt messaging into compelling and effective direct response copy that fits the appropriate audience and marketing vehicle while maintaining the ZeroTurnaround brand and voice.
Not only is ?lead? nurturing important, but maybe even more so is client nurturing ? its easier to maintain and keep a client then to constantly have to find new ones.
Analytics & Reporting
Define and report on the lead to close process, and conduct rigorous measurement of sales and marketing programs at both a macro and micro level. Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments.
Monthly reporting expected to show success of activities, growth of our pipeline and revenue closed due to automated activities.
Required/Desired Education and Experience
Bachelor?s Degree required.
At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing including lead nurturing & management.
Expert user of salesforce.com and a marketing automation package such as Marketo.
Demonstrated history of innovation and drive that will support building a lead management and nurturing program for ZeroTurnaround.
B2B Marketer who is immersed in the theory and new developments of lead generation and can train others.
An ?analytical athlete? who thrives on analysis and has the communication skills to explain it clearly.
Exceptional written communication skills, including copy writing, writing for email, editorial and proofreading abilities. Effectively expresses ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form using the ZeroTurnaround voice.
