The marketing automation specialist is a self-starter who will apply their experience to:
? Be the expert and catalyst for change, enabling the team to exceed prior results by advising marketing campaign requestors of best practices with regard to marketing automation capabilities, testing and forecasting;
? Advancing Vertafore?s marketing automation programs to the next level;
? Create, manage and execute successful closed-loop marketing campaigns utilizing the Eloqua platform.
? Lead the creation and management of dashboards trend campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and drive funnel advancement;
? Improve lead conversion rates by helping to plan and implement 'activity-triggered' nurturing programs in Eloqua that target all stages of prospect development, from cold leads to engagement to closed opportunities to expansion;
? Impact customer experience and data integrity by creating data segmentation filters, groups, and distribution lists for campaigns, lead scoring and nurturing programs for prospect segmentations that will minimize lead fatigue and opt-out.
? Act as the data and process ?ninja? spotting gaps, fixing problems and leaving no contact behind in your process improvement effort;
? Be the last line of defense, raising the alert if brand, message, customer feedback or processes are at risk.
1-2 years marketing experience with exposure to Eloqua, Salesforce.com or similar marketing or sales automation systems
Adept with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT, Sharepoint, Visio, Excel Pivot tables, etc.)
An inherent desire to solve problems, collaborate with others, improve processes and help team members
Exceptional interpersonal skills even when working against deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor Degree in Marketing preferred or equivalent experience
