Position Purpose:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will help grow iSqFt?s sales using the latest marketing
automation and lead management tools. Working primarily with the Digital Marketing Manager,
as well as the larger marketing team, enhancing sales effectiveness primarily through
automated, personalized marketing, lead scoring, competitive analyses and closed-won
analytics. This role will draw on many aspects of your marketing process/operations and
analytics background. This is a high-impact role that has the potential to significantly affect our
revenue growth.

interested in tinkering with software applications (the kind of person who enjoys exploring the 90
percent of features that most of us never use) because you have an insatiable curiosity for
exploring what?s possible.
This role requires a unique blend of strategic and tactical skills?someone who has a fierce
attention to process and detail, yet is able to draw ?big picture? conclusions and make actionable
business recommendations based on an understanding of strategic marketing goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Strategy - Assist with designing lead-generation programs, lead-nurturing programs, lead
scoring, customer research, and automated communications programs. Monitor and provide
recommendations for enhancements to all sales tools and materials
? Research - Responsible for ongoing competitive analyses for all business lines and
partnering with Marketing Department to enhance sales and marketing materials
? Configure - Build campaigns and lead-nurturing programs using our marketing automation
tools; setup and execute tactical tasks associated with customized landing pages, e-mail
campaigns and lead scoring rules. Create a marketing dashboard of key performance
indicators that is automatically updated to reflect current marketing activity
? Launch - Deploy online marketing lead-generation efforts, including search engine
marketing, social media, and e-mail marketing programs (list pulls, e-mail blasts, etc.)
? Analyze - Create a marketing analytics dashboard that is used to continually refine and
improve our lead-generation efforts, which will enable us to make data-driven marketing
decisions. Make the dashboard visually engaging and highly actionable. Perform A/B testing
on all elements of our marketing mix (lists, e-mail templates, landing pages, offers, etc.) and
continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Optimize marketing measurement and
integration with Salesforce, including process and compliance
? Synthesize - Distill data from analytics and implement improvements to our lead-generation
programs. Perform regular tracking of marketing performance. Integrate recommendations
into the ?design? phase above as we continually improve our engine. Continually monitor,
analyze and tune campaigns to maximize ROI. Prepare monthly marketing reports
(standard and customized), which include analysis, summary level reporting of observations
and recommendations for go-to-market activities; prepare specific analytic deliverables,
including reports, graphs, and presentations
Training and Educational Requirements:Education/Experience:
? 3+ year?s experience in B2B
? Bachelor?s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., computer science,
mathematics, statistics, economics, marketing, etc.)
? Experience using a marketing automation system (i.e. Marketo) and/or Salesforce.com
to capture, track and report on leads
? Experience with executing email campaigns with A/B testing and continual optimization
? Experience working with business owners in driving data and reporting requirements
with a clear understanding of where data resides and how to produce reports
Skills:
? Ability to look at business problems and discover analytical solutions.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and a love for numbers, ability to manipulate mass amounts of
data in Excel
? Process oriented
? Above average listening, written, and oral communications skills
? Strong ability to collect data from multiple sources and develop sound insights,
conclusions, and recommendations for business application
? Demonstrated ability to shape data into information usable for making business
decisions; high level of cause-and-effect analytical skills
? Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment and manage multiple
projects simultaneously

Desired Skills/Experience:
? Experience with database querying/reporting tools and statistical analysis/database
mining tools (SPSS, SAS) preferred
? Experience with configuring and/or running reports in Salesforce.com
? Experience with Visio-type program and lead-nurturing flow diagrams
? Knowledge of e-mail marketing best practices and experience pulling lists
? Master?s degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing
? Experience with technology companies
? Understanding and familiarity with construction industry
? Writing competency

hear, answer telephone, look at computer screen. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision,
