Marketing Automation Specialist- Eloqua / Marketo Bulldog Solutions

We are currently seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist at our Austin, TX headquarters.Marketing automation is a fast-growing area of marketing with enormous potential for career growth. The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for the design, testing, execution, maintenance and reporting of automated online marketing campaigns for our client base. This role will be a power user of marketing automation and CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
Support client operations by designing, executing and reporting on B2B demand generation campaigns
Work with account teams to translate marketing requirements into functional campaigns within marketing automation and CRM systems
Work closely with operations team to define and implement new functionality and product offerings
Continuously analyze operational process to find and implement new efficiencies
Manage outbound e-mail campaigns
Provide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of the systems, as well as act as the first line of defense for system support
Work with technology partners to understand system functionality and roadmaps
Provide documentation and training to end users
Routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance
Continuously drive innovation of the Bulldog Solutions products
Qualifications:
2 years experience with any of the following (or similar) applications: Eloqua, Marketo, Aprimo, Manticore, Salesforce.com, MS CRM On-Demand, Siebel CRM On-Demand
Bachelors degree or equivalent in Marketing, MIS or Business Administration
Must have a good understanding of the Web and Web technology (HTML, basic CSS) and the ability and desire to expand current technical skill-set
Previous experience in or working closely with Information Systems and/or marketing groups
Good understanding of relational data structure and basic SQL knowledge preferred
Experience establishing and maintaining system documentation and training materials
Interpersonal skills: exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching and presentation skills with attention to detail
Proven track record of obtaining results without direct report authority
Highly self-motivated contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
Excellent organizational skills; capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, cross-functional teams and communicate with all levels of management
Strong business, marketing and information systems acumen
