Marketing Automation Specialist -- Medical SolutionReach
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing effective digital marketing projects with an emphasis on lead nurturing campaigns. In addition to list acquisition and nurturing program execution, the Marketing Automation Specialist will be directly involved in optimizing and monitoring the success of various digital marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM, etc., and will be responsible for program analytics, growth, and reporting. This position will be located in our Lehi, Utah office and will report to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Configure Pardot, and other marketing automation tools.
Manage the marketing automation budget.
Track, measure, and consistently optimize digital programs for growth, and report ongoing progress.
Coordinate the development of digital content, list acquisition, and segmentation management.
Conduct multivariate and A/B testing, optimizing landing pages and registration forms to improve conversion metrics.
Design and execute automated nurture campaigns, analyzing emails for effectiveness.
Develop better insights into our contact database ? segmentation, demographics, etc.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
Have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Information Systems with 1-3 years experience creating and/or executing marketing strategy, programs, or demand gen campaigns; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Have 1+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, including lead nurturing and management, with a solid understanding of experience in SEO.
Possess excellent written communication skills in digital and print media using sales copy related value prop marketing.
Have strong interpersonal savvy and organization, with the ability to triage competing priorities across various departments. Solid project management experience preferred.
Be extremely detail-oriented, professional, and a self-starter.
Be tech savvy with an understanding how medical practice needs can be better supported through technology.
Marketo, Eloqua, or other DemandGen platform certification
Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud)
Marketing or Social Media agency experience a plus
Healthcare or medical related industry experience
Proficiency with Google Apps, MS Office
