The Marketing/ Billing Coordinator will provide billing, operations and marketing support to members of the Lead Gen Marketing department. Interact with various members of the Marketing team as well as other departments within the organization. Key responsibilities will include:
Manage vendor billing life-cycle, from processing vendor insertion orders to truing up final billable expenses.
o Submit all invoices into bill.com and tracking pre-bills and monthly costs into ledger on a daily basis.
o Performing monthly billable expense reconciliation at the end of each month.
Act as liaison with vendors, from distributing instructions to new vendors as a part of the on-boarding process, to setting up daily performance reports to QA?ing campaigns to working wiht vendors to resolve tracking and invoice issues.
Oversee and maintain vendor profile database in Salesforce, from updating contact information to uploading contract and vendor related documents.
Manage tracking report for all new deals to be implemented across multiple programs; work with business development and operations to keep report up-to-date ? with campaigns, costs, frequency, performance estimates, delivery dates ? on a daily/weekly basis.
Support marketing operations with implementing or updating marketing campaigns, from creative submissions to tracking.
Support lead gen management in uploading media buy plans/changes into monthly tracking report.
What Should be in Your Background:
Associates or Bachelor?s Degree required, Marketing, Finance or Accounting
Minimum 1 ? 3 years experience working in a service-oriented, administrative role; experience with billing and accounts payable preferred.
Superior knowledge in Excel and Salesforce is preferred.
Strong finance aptitude is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail required.
