The Job:
AvePoint is seeking a Campaign Manager with experience in enterprise, cross-divisional projects. The Campaign Manager will possess a clear understanding of the project objectives and team member responsibilities, and apply standard project management methodology, tools, and practices to ensure success. Working in cross-functional teams â€" as well as with external vendors, partners and customers â€" the Campaign Manager will develop and manage project schedules and resources, identify risks, define problem solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution. This role will produce, manage and contribute to targeted marketing campaigns and drive content interaction and lead acquisition. This individual will also manage the production and logistics of all digital marketing for new product releases, virtual events, webinars, in-person events as well as a variety of digital newsletters and event collateral including but not limited to conferences, tradeshows, executive meetings, attendees parties, executive dinners and media events. The Campaign Manager will focus on product launches and North American marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create campaign ideas and plans around company goals and roadmap
- Create and execute campaign plans, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements for the global marketing team at AvePoint
- Identify and assemble project team(s), and provide leadership and mentoring to assure effective completion
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Effectively apply company/client methodology and enforce project standards
- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
- Minimize company exposure and risk on project by managing project risk levels, developing appropriate contingency plans, and proactively identifying changes to eliminate future occurrences
- Maintain current and complete project management data and documents in database; analyze and report project performance metrics as requested
- Lead meetings and drive decisions from cross-functional teams
- Compile draft documentation supporting project goals
- Assist in writing company, product, digital, and event collateral
- Pull lists from CRM tool, manage email marketing programs, and alert sales and partner teams of pending campaigns
- Draft, compile, and send weekly and monthly marketing newsletters to internal teams and partners
- Assist Senior Vice President of Global Marketing directly on special projects and campaigns
- Familiarity with running partner programs and projects
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration
- 5+ years of relevant Marketing Campaign Development or Project Management experience
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies' potential application for AvePoint's business
- Proven ability to manage the execution of enterprise IT software implementations
- Strong organizational skills, extremely high attention to detail, able to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Dynamics CRM, and Email Marketing Programs
- Demonstrate success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Fast learner with passion for technology
