MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER Calabrio
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED So many opportunities, so little time! Calabrio seeks a seasoned marketing campaign manager to
help us expand and manage our growing lead/campaign/telemarketing practice.
This position is responsible for the planning and execution of targeted marketing campaigns,
including coordinating messaging and creative development, list or lead generation, CRM
management and effectiveness measurement. Works closely with internal and external marketing
resources and sales, and supervises team of telemarketing representatives.
Candidates must have strong analytical skills, a knack for messaging, excellent project management
skills, supervisory experience and the ability to work quickly. High energy and the desire to work
dynamically with a team are required for this highly-visible role in our high-growth business.
What you?ll do:
Plan and Manage Lead/List Acquisition
? Identify outlets for securing leads/lists
? Manage list and lead attributes in CRM database
Develop Marketing Campaigns
? Analyze and prioritize leads and associated activity
? Work with sales and product marketing to identify market-driven campaign opportunities
? Create targeted marketing and nurturing campaigns for demand generation to support sales
? Work closely with sales on opportunity tracking
? Track effectiveness and provide timely reporting
Telemarketing Team Supervision
? Supervise an internal team responsible for identifying prospects from leads/list and campaign
inquiries, including qualification, database expansion, documentation, nurturing and
What we are looking for:
? 4 year college degree ? Business, Management or Marketing a plus
? 5+ years of related experience managing lead programs and marketing campaigns
? Supervisory experience
? Software experience a plus
? Experience with any CRM and marketing automation systems; salesforce.com and Act-On
