Marketing Campaign Manager Astute Networks
The Marketing Campaign Manager?s role will consist primarily of administering programs that support the overall sales strategy for both new business sales and sales into the existing customer base. Within this process it will be important to incorporate consistent and dependable reporting and analysis as to the effectiveness of such campaigns and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments thereby consistently nurturing leads throughout the funnel. This position requires strong analytic skills and the ability to turn data into useful information which supports goals and objectives. A solid knowledge of general sales processes and the ability to effectively create and maintain positive relationships among other departments, particularly the sales department, is expected. There will also be a fair amount of administrative tasks associated with the position.
Lead nurturing (Pardot)
Manages lead nurturing campaigns by determining the most effective points of interaction and includes?
Reports on nurturing campaigns for team to evaluate effectiveness and adjusts within the system as needed
Pulls data quarterly for mailings based on ?clicks?/?no clicks? and sends emails/physical mailers accordingly
Quarterly review of calculations to make sure they are driving leads with the most potential and adjust accordingly; tied to website as well as activities and demographics within SFDC
Requires knowledge and understanding of ?sales insight? and provides assistance to new sales personnel as needed
General administrative work
Reviews leads coming in from all sources (website, events,e-marketing.), research and route/respond as appropriate
SME on smart (rainking)lists and the setup required to deliver email blasts
Setup and monitoring the push of leads from web activities (contact us, RFI on portal, landing pages, etc.) into SFDC
MDF (Marketing development funds from channel partners)
Main contact for all channel claims administration which includes regular conf calls to understand new funding opportunities and requirements to receive
Requires regular online reporting of our activities and the leads associated with each activity
Development of sales tools
Responsible for monthly prospect newsletter, coordinate and prepare topics/articles and work with communications teams to produce
Maintain a webinar schedule that supports new business and current customer sales strategies
Includes managing logistics associated with the development of the webinar, utilizing HMS experts as panelists and ensuring key messages are on point and reporting results
Telemarketing (E-Coast- short term)
Participates in the strategy and reports on call campaign results weekly
Makes sure all updates from the week?s calls are properly entered in SFDC including managing ?campaigns? and the reporting of such
Reporting and administrative tasks
Provides weekly status report of the effectiveness of all campaigns responsible for including but not limited to?
sales and marketing funnel ?lead gen? report
telemarketing effectiveness by campaign
update on all other assigned projects
Upload lists (contacts and corresponding information) received from trade shows, sponsorships, etc. and attach to a campaigns as applicable
Help maintain a solid sales tool library within ?content and chatter?
Customer and prospect event support (ex. user conferences)
Industry/Channel Event Support
Support logistics execution for industry and channel events
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING
The position requires a bachelor?s degree in Marketing and a minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in high technology industry or closely related. Strong Microsoft Office skills required including: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge and prior use of salesforce.com preferred. Requires experience in marketing automation systems, preferable Pardot.
Requires a high level of motivation and ability to meet deadlines and stay within budget. Internet research skills required and ability to draw correlations and conclusions expected. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Reports to the Director of Outbound Marketing.
