Position Summary ? Marketing Campaign Specialist
The Marketing Campaign Specialist role at TOA Technologies is responsible for a variety of critical tasks related to:
In-depth research and data collection on TOA's global business targets
Managing the integrity of TOA's prospect contact data and sync data between Marketing Automation and CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing communications and sales teams to develop and test content for marketing campaigns
Managing day-to-day outbound and inbound marketing campaign execution within Marketing Automation platform
Create and routinely update a comprehensive repository of information on global industry targets for TOA's sales and marketing teams to pursue
Assist in managing TOA's prospect contact data ? includes data cleansing, list building, importing and field standardization
Plan, build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including:
Creating landing pages for use in search engine marketing (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and other inbound marketing strategies
Creating email campaigns for use in outbound demand generation, as well as lead nurturing campaigns
Testing different content in emails or landing pages to evaluate and improve results
Scheduling, planning and executing webinar events
Creating reports detailing the effectiveness of our marketing automation programs for senior management
Continued participation in training sessions and extended education on marketing automation, CRM and other internal tools used to manage demand generation
Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure compliance to and attainment of Marketing and Sales goals
An undergraduate degree is required; a master?s degree in a related field or MBA is preferred.
Must have at least 2 years of experience in a professional business setting, preferably in Marketing or a related field
Must be highly proficient using office productivity software (ie. Excel, Word)
Demonstrated understanding of marketing data and data management
Experience using CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com is a preferred
Experience using Marketing Automation or Email Marketing systems is required (Silverpop, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, Exact Target, Pardot or similar)
Demonstrated understanding of online marketing concepts like search engine optimization, paid search advertising, and lead scoring,
Job may require a limited amount of travel for training purposes.
