We are seeking a proactive, self-motivated Marketing Communications Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a team player, willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goals of the team. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for the development of lead generation and warming campaigns and channel marketing programs that increase awareness of Fidelis Security Systems? family of products. The marketing communications manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing communication principles, practices, and procedures to insure the integrity of the marketing data and publication.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Develop and oversee the company?s lead generation and warming programs. Responsible for creation of content, delivery, and result assessment.
Develop and oversee a channel marketing program, working in conjunction with the Director of Channel Sales to establish an overall program for the Company?s global reseller partners, as well as working with individual channel partners on specific marketing programs for their regions/constituencies
Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and vehicles
Understand and achieve marketing communication deliverables, savings commitments, milestones and obligations, and establish a project plan to meet each
Communicate, negotiate, and own the relationship with suppliers through all levels of organization, primary interface to key stakeholders
Manage webinar program (concept, invite, speakers, production, follow-up to sales/attendee email)
Support telemarketing marketing programs
Assist with creation of sales campaigns directly into customer base (email based invitations, offer/promotion/web cast)
Manage marketing elements involved with lead generation inside of Pardot, a lead management software program.
Manage website SEO (quarterly updates with outside contractor) strategically, working with marketing assistant to implement SEO changes.
Create and maintain our Google Ad Words campaigns
Maintain department budget including purchase order requests to finance department
Qualifications
BS/BA degree or equivalent preferably with a concentration in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or Communications
3-5 years of related marketing communications experience working in a corporate marketing environment.
Knowledge of and experience in technology channel marketing a plus.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills that can effectively build employee loyalty and understanding of corporate goals and strategies
Solid understanding of PR, Marketing, Communication and Social Media
Must have working knowledge of technology tools such as: lead management (Pardot, Eloqua.) and webinar (Webex)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at any give time, while managing a budget
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Strong attention to detail in all matters
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines
Self-starter and works well independently but is also able to take direction
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com
